Swift Spin Laundry Solutions – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Swift Spin Laundry Solutions (“we”,

“us”, “our”) to our customers (“you”, “your”). By booking or using our laundry, ironing, or delivery

services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide professional laundry, ironing, and delivery services, including wash, dry, and fold; wash

and iron; pickup and delivery; subscription and commercial laundry plans. All services are subject to

availability and may vary based on your location.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are scheduled through our website, phone, or app. Customers must

ensure laundry is ready at the agreed time and location. Missed pickups may incur a rebooking fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Laundry Care & Liability

We handle garments with care, following standard washing and drying guidelines. Please check

pockets before handing in laundry. We are not liable for items left inside clothing or for normal wear,

color fading, or pre-existing damage. Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of

delivery.

5. Pricing & Payment

Current prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice. Payment is due at

booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept cashless payments. All prices include GST unless

stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may incur a fee. Refunds are only issued for services

not completed due to our fault. Subscription plans can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details, ensure laundry items are suitable for washing and drying,

and collect completed laundry if pickup fails.8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal details collected are used only for providing services, billing, and

communication. We do not share or sell your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for loss or damage is limited to the replacement value of the affected item, not

exceeding 10 times the cleaning charge of that item.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and

take effect immediately upon posting.
